English: Dinmore Tunnels, south end, 1999. View northward, towards Leominster and Shrewsbury: ex-GW&LNW Joint Shrewsbury - Hereford main line. This is an unusual pair of single-line tunnels at slightly differing levels, just to the north of the former Dinmore station, the remains of which are behind the trees on the right. The station was closed to passengers 9/6/58, to goods 1/6/64. |
