Description A Tom Browne undivided back postcard dating from 1902/03. He drew a series of 'Impudence and Dignity' showing Life Guards, here he depicts a scene outside Horse Guards in Whitehall. Browne was a very talented water colourist and cartoonist who unfortunately died at the early age of thirty nine.
