Čeština: Autor fotografie a videa Jiří Zelenka. Houbová smaženice s vejci. Krok za Krokem. Na smaženici je možné použít zakoupené žampiony. Narozdíl od lesních hub se nemusí vařit ve vodě. Ale stačí orestovat. Vhodná příloha vařené brambory nebo tmavé pečivo (chléb). Jako tuk na smažení lze použít máslo, sádlo nebo olej. Na ochucení lze použít smaženou cibulku, kmín, pepř, sůl a někdo má rád i worcestrovou omáčku. Kraj Vysočina. Czech Republic. |
