Summary

Description	English: An image highlighting one of the four 8-foot-long iron rods used in the Hubble Space Telescope's pointing control system. The magnetic torque rods are used to produce torque that can reduce the speeds of the reaction wheels that are also a part of the telescope's pointing control system.
