Summary
editDescriptionHugh llewelyn 5607 (5707060654).jpg | DSB Ansaldo-Breda IC-4 4-car HST dmu No.5607 at Kobenhavn on a regional service to Aarhus, 9/10. Pininfarina styled. Very beautiful but very flawed. One of the most problematical train designs ever produced. Intended to be in full HS service in 2003, the last are not due to be delivered until 2012 and the class was only finally cleared for full HS use in multiple in 2011, having largely been used in single units on regional services until then. And even now, DSB are having to make many modifications to them in their own workshops. Ansaldo-Breda have apparently agreed to compensate DSB half their original cost! | |||||||||||||
