Description
Deutsch: Das Museumsschiff Sigyn liegt offenbar aus Stabilitätsgründen schon seit Jahren dauerhaft in einem Schwimmdock. Ist dieses geflutet, macht der Rumpf der Sigyn einen völlig intakten Eindruck. Ist es aber gelenzt und aufgeschwommen, zeigt sich, dass der Kiel der Sigyn fest auf dem Dockboden aufgepallt ist. Offenbar ist der Rumpf nicht mehr schwimmfähig. Der Kupferbeschlag gegen Schiffsbohrwürmer deckt nur (noch) die Wasserlinie ab, doch können sich die Bohrwürmer in der salzarmen Ostsee ohnehin nicht halten.
