Description
English: Cover of a typed manuscript on conventions about prisoners of war, signed by Renée-Marguerite Cramer, later Marguerite Frick-Cramer (1887-1963), who became a director in the Entente Section of the International Prisoners of War Agency (IPWA) and the first ever female member of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) during the First World War. Preserved in the ICRC Library (Call number 400.21/34 DEP).
