Perteneciente a una encomienda de la orden de san juan de Jerusalén, de la construcción de mediados de SXII se conservan el ábside y los muros laterales de la nave, que fue cubierta posteriormente por bóvedas de terceletes. El último tramo es de principios del SXX, fecha en la que se traslada la portada a su ubicación actual. Tanto la portada como las ventanas y los canes del tejado, acogen una interesante decoración escultórica de indudable riqueza iconográfica.
