Description
English: Rear-admiral Arif Hikmet Pasha, Emmanuel Carasso (Emanuel Karasu Efendi), Esad Pasha Toptani, Aram Efendi and Colonel Galip Bey (Pasiner) informing the Sultan for Abdul Hamid II. The ex-sultan was conveyed into captivity at Salonica. In 1912, when Salonica fell to Greece, he was returned to captivity in İstanbul.
