Description IN Bodhgaya 0906 (1) - Small Saraswati (Vageshwari/Bageshwari/Bageswori Devi) Temple, located to the east of the Mahabodhi Temple, in the samadhi graveyard. The temple was erected by the ancestors of the Mahant of the Bodh Gaya Math. This site is part of the Math and is a Samadhi for the Mahants that built and ruled the Math. It's located inside the Mahabodhi Temple complex. Saraswati is the Hindu goddess of knowledge, music, art, wisdom, and learning.
