English: I am here Map in Wench Ford picnic spot. Wench Ford is situated along the valley between Blakeney and Parkend in the Forest of Dean. The Blackpool Brook runs through a series of man-made pools and channels which helped to control water flow to an iron furnace and forge at Blakeney. |
