| Description |
English: Children with cerebral palsy needs to be well supported in an optimal posture, to enable them to best use their vision and hands to engage in play, activities of daily living and participate in life around them. For children from poor households, it is often a very long wait to receive an appropriate and well-fitted chair. Sometimes the child has outgrown the original chair ordered by the time it arrives. Sometimes an unsuitable device is ordered. The girl in this photo has been blessed with a chair that suits her needs very well as is evident from the smile on her face. She has been given an opportunity to develop her potential.
