The source of this particular still is The Evening Standard. [1]

Licence: The video was shot by an investment fund manager from New York, who passed it to The Guardian. He has relinquished his copyright and wants it to be distributed freely. The Guardian has confirmed this by e-mail, which I will forward to permissions. The newspaper has uploaded the video to You Tube. [2]
