Description
English: Recording of early C . elegans embryos to evaluate MEL-28 coiled-coil domain. In the top, control embryo expressing GFP::MEL-28 and in the bottom, embryo expressing GFP::MEL-28Δ1140–1186 both observed by confocal microscopy. Corresponds to Fig 2C. Playback speed is 60x. Frames were taken every 3 seconds for 24 minutes.
