Description
English: Volksdeutscher (de: ethnic German) identifying a Pole - an alleged participant in the events of so-called "Blody Sunday in Bydgoszcz" (de: Bromberger Blutsonntag). In the first days of September 1939 Poles denounced in such way were usually shot on the spot. This photo was taken in the artillery barracks at 147 Gdańska Street in Bydgoszcz.
Polski: Volksdeutsch wskazujący niemieckim żołnierzom Polaka - rzekomego uczestnika wydarzeń tzw. "Bydgoskiej Krwawej Niedzieli" (niem. Bromberger Blutsonntag). W pierwszych dniach września 1939 zadenuncjowani w ten sposób Polacy byli zwykle rozstrzeliwani na miejscu. Zdjęcie wykonane na terenie koszar 15 pułku artylerii lekkiej przy ul. Gdańskiej 147 w Bydgoszczy.
