Sepulcro románico
Baldaquino. Elemento arquitectónico escasamente encontrado en la arquitectura española. Lo tenemos en la iglesia del Monasterio de San Juan de Duero y en la Iglesia de San Nicolás, en Puertomarín. Ambas iglesias de la Orden de San Juan de Jerusalén. Ermita de Nuestra Señora del Valle, Monasterio de Rodrilla, con tipología diferente a los anteriores. Es clara la influencia oriental o islámica, con origen en la basílica constantinianas, necesarios para la celebración de un rito griego. En el Santo Sepulcro de Jerusalén, la Capilla de los Francos es un fidedigno baldaquino.
