She taught in the SaltLake City schools from 1919 to 1931,and acted as demonstration teacher inthe kindergarten department of the BIOGRAPHICAL ENCYCLOPEDIA 213 University of Utah during the sum-mer of 1926. Sister Felt was a member of theGranite Stake Sunday School Boardfrom 1919 to 1924, and of the GrantStake Sunday School Board from 1924to 1928. From 1930 to 1934, she servedas an associate member of the Des-eret Sunday School Union Board andbecame a regular member of that or-ganization in 1934. On Sept. 2, 1931, in the Salt LakeTemple, she was married to Elder Jo-seph Harold Felt, a prominent youngbusiness man of the city. With such unusual training alongthe lines of child education, Sister Feltis able to render exceptional serviceto the Sunday School cause in the re-sponsible position to which she hasbeen called. On Aug. 16,1904, he was set apart for a missionto Switzerland and Germany, laboringprincipally in the Breslau Conference(Germany) of which he was president.He returned from this mission in July,1907. On Sept. 11, 1907, Bro. Glademarried Sarah Elizabeth Rasband,daughter of Frederick Rasband andMary E. Hawkins. Seven childrenhave blessed this marriage, namely,Melba, Melva, Earl, jun., Frederick,Richard, Keith and Patricia. Elder Glade was graduated from theBrigham Young University at Provo,Utah, where he was head of the dopaitment of business education for fiveyears.
