JOHNSON, Andrew Theodore, pres-ident of the Swedish Mission from1912 to 1913, was born Jan. 2, 1881,in Wanship, Summit Co., Utah, a sonof Andrew Johnson and Emma Ras-mussen. He was baptized May 1, 1890,and filled a mission to Sweden in 1910-1913, about a year of which time hepresided over the mission. He residesin Vernal, Uintah Co., Utah. (SeeHistory of the Scandinavian Missionp. 418.) HULTERSTROM, Gideon N., presi-dent of the Swedish Mission from1922 to 1923, and from 1927 to 1932,was born Oct. 31, 1885, at Vintrosa,Sanna, Orebro, Sweden, was bap-tized June 30, 1894, and came toAmerica in 1902. In 1908 he marriedMiss Signe V. Lindskog, also fromSweden. He filled a mission to Swe-den in 1908-1911, and again in 1920-1923, the last eight months of whichhe acted as president of the mission.

MATTSON, Peter, president of theSwedish Mission from 1905 to 1908,died March 1, 1919, in Mount Pleas-ant, Sanpete Co., Utah. (See Bio.Ency., Vol. 1, p. 370.) PETERSON, Andreas, president ofthe Swedish Mission from 1910 to1912, died in Logan, Cache Co., Utah.(See Bio. Ency., Vol. 3, p. 690.) PETERSON, Hugo D. E., presidentof the Swedish Mission from 1923 to1925. (See Bio. Ency., Vol. 4, p. 159.) SODERBERG, Oscar Wilhelm, pres-ident, pro tem., of the Swedish Missionin 1921, was born May 26, 1855, inGoteborg, Sweden, a son of AndeiSJonsson and Anna Johanna Anderson.He married Emma Karolina Eriksonin 1878, joined the Church in 1894,and emigrated to Utah in 1903. Hefilled missions to Sweden in 1915-1917, and in 1919-1921, both times 384 LATTER-DAY SAINT writing for Nordstjarnan, the mis-sion periodical, and for about sixmonths of the latter period had tem-porary
