Balcon central de l'immeuble et son décor floral Cet immeuble, situé au numéro 33 de la rue du Champ de Mars à Paris, a été conçu l'architecte Octave Raquin dans le style art nouveau. C'est une des plus belles réalisations de cette période architecturale parisienne. L'édifice a été construit pour abriter un collège privé, le cours des demoiselles Longuet. Le bâtiment, qui a été primé au concours de façades de la ville de Paris de 1902, décline des motifs intégrant des fleurs d'arum, en pierre sur la façade, autour des bow-windows et en fer forgé sur les différentes grilles. La façade sur rue et le hall d'entrée sont inscrits à l'Inventaire supplémentaire des monuments historiques depuis le 29 novembre 1985 lartnouveau.com/ |
