Description
English: Multidimensional tracking of oskar mRNPs of the sequence in Movie 1 using QUIA (supplemental data). The oskar mRNPs are indicated by different color balls with the respective tracks. This representation of the 4D reconstruction enables visualization of several particles moving between the nucleus and the cytoplasm.
