Giovedì 6 dicembre 2018, alle ore 12.00, è stato inaugurato, nel Dipartimento di Ingegneria Civile e Architettura a Pavia, il nuovo laboratorio di manifattura additiva 3DMetal@UniPV. Sono intervenuti: Guido Bernardinelli, amministratore delegato de La Marzocco; Diego Andreis, amministratore delegato di Fluid-o-Tech; Fabio Rugge, Rettore dell’Università di Pavia, e Ferdinando Auricchio, responsabile scientifico del gruppo di Meccanica Computazionale e Materiali Avanzati. Il laboratorio nasce con lo scopo di produrre componenti metallici di interesse dei partner industriali e di svolgere attività di ricerca sull’ottimizzazione dei dispositivi e la simulazione del processo di manifattura additiva, quella cioè che non necessita di usare stampi o di eliminare materiale per produrre manufatti, offrendo maggiori possibilità di progettazione e costruzione. Il laboratorio nasce dalla sinergia delle aziende manifatturiere La Marzocco e Fluid-o-Tech con l’Università di Pavia, che ha permesso l’acquisto di una linea produttiva completa di stampante metallica con tecnologia a letto di polvere (Renishaw AM400), forno per i trattamenti termici, centro di lavoro verticale per post lavorazione e unità di sabbiatura |
