English: Indian Navy mountaineers led by Surgeon Commander Iyamanda B Udaya successfully summited Mount Mukut (East) (7135M) on 26 Sep 16 at about 1315h. The Indian Navy climbers were amongst the very few mountaineers to successfully climb Mt Mukut. Mt Mukut is rarely frequented due to its steep climb, remoteness and unforgiving terrain features. |
