Description

Le château de Langeais fait partie des châteaux de la Loire. Construit à l'origine par Foulques Nerra au Xème siècle, il fut détruit par les anglais pendant la guerre de Cent Ans. Il est aujourd'hui la propriété de l'Institut de France.

Langeais Castle is one of the castles of the Loire. Originally built by Foulques Nerra the tenth century, it was destroyed by the English during the Hundred Years War. It is now owned by the Institut de France.
