English: Ing Scar, above Malham Cove Looking south east, this dry valley was shaped by the glacier that ran over the cliff which is now Malham Cove.
The high ground on the left is Comb Hill, Ing Scar crag being opposite. The hillside below Comb Hill is named "Watlowes" on the OS Maps. The thin white ribbon is snow lying in the lee of the drystone wall which runs along the length of the valley. Keywords: crags, fells, dales, valley, walkers, snow, path, fence. |
