Summary edit

Description
English: "The Chancel and Nave appear to be of 15th-century origin but with much restoration and alteration; the West Tower is of the early 15th century; the North Aisle and South Porch are of the 16th century. In the first half of the 19th century the nave walls were heightened, the chancel arch was restored, a new N. arcade was inserted and a new low-pitched nave roof was provided; the North Vestry was probably added at this period. The chancel was re-roofed in 1875." www.british-history.ac.uk/rchme/dorset/vol3/pp135-142
