English: Interior of the Bell Tower of St Mary's Church The massive and ancient timber structure of the bell tower is truly awesome. It is now thought that the oldest timbers could have come from a castle or fortified manor house which once stood on the site of the present Court House Farm adjoining the Churchyard. |
