Description

I took this picture while going up ski touring, in Stubai (the Austrian Alps) on a very cold and windy day. We were still a few hundred meters from the top, on a high plateau and there was a huge amount of wind.

I post-processed it with the darktable software, looking for high contrast. I turned the person in front of me completely to a silhouette. On the opposite, I decreased contrast in the snow on the side of the picture to give an impression of floating in the middle of nothing.
