Description PC Donald Fraser, using his own motor cycle for patrol purposes during his term as Beat Officer for the Island of Harris. He was stationed at Tarbert, Harris from 1924 to 1935, and served in the force from 1914 to 1945 when he retired on pension. His last ten years of service were spent at Drumnadrochit, and his 31 years of service saw him moved the length and breadth of Inverness-shire - the largest County in Scotland.
