| Description |
English: Irish Bridge crossing the Afon Irfon, Powys Developed from the original ford (there are two more within a few hundred metres), the pipe culverts allow crossing of the river with dry feet most of the time. Today, heavy rain was forecast, (following quite a lot about 36 hours earlier) , and I was escaping! Two hours later heavy rain was tipping down, so the three crossings would have been submerged. |
