Summary edit

Description
English: Tropical Storm Isaac's central core remains disorganized while the overall structure of the storm continues to improve, with a large outer band forming around the center's convection. Environmental conditions are still favorable for intensification until the center reaches Hispaniola in about 48 hours. After that, the storm's intensity will be determined by how much time Isaac spends over land. This image was taken by GOES East at 1745Z on August 22, 2012
