English:
Two storey Neo-Classical corner building. Former owners were: Mátyás Csík, István Ferenczy, Károly Tenczer. Now, Budavári Our Lady Parish hall.- 14 Országház Street, Várnegyed neighbourhood, Budapest District I.
Magyar:
Kétmeletes saroklakóház, klasszicista homlokzatát 1847-ben kapta, amikor Tenczer (Lejthényi) Károly, a Baudirectio tisztviselője vette meg. Előzőleg Ferenczy István szobrász tulajdona volt 1846-ig, aki a Csík örökösöktől 12 ezer váltó forintért vette meg 1834-ben, és a hátsó részre emeletet építtetett. A hajdan földszintes romos ház 1760-ban Csík Mátyás tulajdona volt. Most a Budavári Nagyboldogasszony Plébánia működik benne. Homlokzatán Ferenczy-domborműves emléktábla van, Sidló Ferenc alkotása. - Műemléki Azonosító 115 (törzsszám 15055). - Budapest műemléki jelentőségű területe az ún. Világörökség része. Műemléki azonosító: 217, törzsszám: 15001 - Budapest, I. kerület, Várnegyed városrész, Országház utca 14 = Dárda utca 2.
