Description
Български: 1860 г.: Кралството на двете Сицилии и папските градове Беневенто и Понтекорво са окупирани от Гарибалди и неговите войски. Тъй като той е бил републиканец по политически убеждение, Виктор Емануил обявява, че ще отиде в Южна Италия да отнеме контрол от ръцете на Гарибалди, преди той да е успял да създаде лична република. Сардинските войски нахлуват в Папската държава и след като побеждават папската армия в битката при Кастелфилардо, окупират областите Умбрия и Марке. Те не нахлуват в областта Лацио, която бива оставена под папско управление, за да не се предизвика реакция от френска страна.
