Description
English: At the northwest side of the bay there are two terminals for ferries near each other. Boats make the Bostanlı Terminal to Karşıyaka Terminal ride regularly. This is one of some pictures taken during such a ride. In the centre we see a diving-board like monument or "Human Rights Memorial in Memory of Olof Palme and Willy Brandt. To the right a "wedding house", one can easily mistake it for another terminal. It is named after Zübeyde Hanım, who was the mother of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey.
