"Waiting: Corporal J. P. O’Neill (Denham Springs, Louisiana) takes a break in elephant grass as a Marine CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter leaves the area during Operation Dawson River. O’Neill, a member of the 9th Marine Regiment, participated in the operation south of the Demilitarized Zone in the northernmost province of South Vietnam (official USMC photo by Lance Corporal Don Barr)."
