Description
Deutsch: Von der Flussinsel im Guadiana Richtung Nordost, die römische Brücke von Mérida gilt als längste aus der Römerzeit erhaltene Brücke. Bis 1990 war sie auch für den Kraftverkehr freigegeben. Von den ursprünglich 62 Bögen sind noch 60 vorhanden und 57 sichtbar. Drei wurden am Ufer verfüllt.
Im Hintergrund auf dem Altstadtufer liegt die arabische Alcazaba.
