Description
Deutsch: Die Stadtverwaltung kann es nicht lassen, der Hass auf Fahrräder und Radfahrer wurde jahrzehntelang angestachelt. Seit 1975 werden Fahrradbenutzer vom Promenadenring ausgeperrt. Nachdem man wenigstens die Fußwegmitbenutzung einräumen musste, nutzte die fünfte Kolonne von Mogelwinterkorn und Co. im neuen Rathaus die Chance für eine neue und kaum verständliche Schikane. Der für das Befahren mit Fahrrädern ohnehin nicht gut geeignete Fußweg auf der Nordseite des Tröndlinringes ist jedenfalls von den Bauarbeiten bei der Straßenbahn praktisch nicht betroffen.
