Deutsch: Ein Eilzug nach Chemnitz, Linie RE6 bei der Abfahrt von Leipzig, die Steuerwagen sind aus Halberstädter Mitteleinstiegwagen umgebaute Bybzdf 482 mit »Wittenberger Kopf«. Die Wendezüge lösten 2015 die bis dahin eingesetzten Pendolini der Reihe 612 ab. Der öffentliche Besteller wollte vor allem Kosten sparen. Der aufwändige Neigetechnikausbau der Strecke wurde damit nur zwölf Jahre genutzt. Durch die Aufgabe der Bahnsteiggleise 24 bis 26 und des Gleises 24 zwischen den Stellwerken 1 und 21 wird der Betrieb auf der Ostseite unnötig erschwert, da für die Strecke nach Geithain nur noch eine Bahnsteigkante zur Verfügung steht. Drei wären erforderlich und die Planer haben sich um 1905 schon was bei den 26 Hallengleisen gedacht. Die Personenzüge von und nach Geithain müssen zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Dresdener Güterbahnhof auf die Gleise 20 und 21 ausweichen. |
