  • Dansk: Værket er udateret. Datering er baseret på sammenligning med Td 559,39, Td 559,40 og Td 559,41
  • Dansk: Anne Christiansen har tilskrevet tegningen til Eckersberg pga. den nære tilknytning til Eckersbergs maleri af samme motiv og betragter den som forarbejde til maleriet (Sanderumgaards Romantiske Have, 2010, fig. 60 & 62). Imidlertid har tegningen ikke karakter af et forarbejde, men af en kopitegning, udført med henblik på en grafisk gengivelse, og maleriets virkemidler er omsat til den grafiske udtryksform.
I det tidligere arkkatalog er det ud for Td 559,36 anført, at KKS i 1863 har modtaget 7 tegninger af Clemens: Sanderumgaards have af Justitsråd J.C. Fick. På det stykke karton Td 559,42 er monteret på er der påskrevet Fick. Derfor antages det, at KKS modtog denne tegning af Fick i 1863
