Description
Deutsch: Das "Geisterhaus" am Schmiedberg (ensemblegeschützter Nachkriegsbau von Raimund von Doblhoff) verrottete seit Ende der 1990er Jahre unter Zwangsverwaltung der Stadtsparkasse Augsburg und wurde 2012 von der AKA-Unternehmensgruppe erworben. Ein Ende der im Herbst 2013 begonnene Sanierung ist nicht abzusehen, nach Recherchen eines journalistisches Konsortiums handelt es sich um ein internationales Geldwäscheprojekt.
