Dumplings were main food for families during Spring Festival (Chinese New Year's Day Festival)

Summary edit

Description
English: To be very honest, in my earlier childhood, I really didn't like to eat dumplings (Wikipedia introduction: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dumpling). The reason was I couldn't distinguish those muds of meat or vegetables. However, when large cuts of seafood came into dumplings, while I was growing up in Yantai and Dalian, I found dumplings were in rich nutrients, including carbohydrate, fat and many vitamins... Meanwhile, they were good in tastes. I began to feel good in eating them, and would like to learn their production-ways. Oh, those were made by my mother.
