English: Salvadoran American poet and activist Javier Zamora reads his award-winning poetry at The Summit on Race in America at the LBJ Presidential Library on Wednesday, April 10, 2019. Zamora, who is active in promoting the poetry of undocumented immigrants, uses poetry to explore how immigration and the U.S.-funded Salvadoran civil war (1980-1992) have impacted his family.
