KKS H.M. inventar: Påskrift på fire mærkater, de to med oplysninger om udstilling i Paris og Nice 1955/56, den tredie med oplysning om, at billedet på dette tidspunkt tilhører Mme Clément-Carpeaux; den fjerde mærkat med følgende påskrift i pen og sort blæk: "Portrait de Melle Léonie Patou / exécuté à Valenciennes en 1854 / Peinture sur carton 29 x 21 (cachet) / a figuré à l'Exposition du centenaire / de Carpeaux en 1927 nr.575 de Catalogue - non encore identificie / à l'Epoque, il s'en titulait alors 'Mme Carpeaux costumée en Espagnole'".
