English: This is a graph I made in Microsoft Excel, plotting over time what term was used to refer to the Koreanic language of Jeju Island in the titles of South Korean academic publications as cataloged in RISS (Research Information Sharing Service, a S. Korean government system for academic works). The data is from 조태린's 2014 paper in 어문학, "제주어와 제주방언, 이름의 정치언어학," p. 124. 조태린's paper only provided the raw data that I graphed. |
