  • the bottom is a joggled flat arch in black-and-white ablaq.
  • the middle is an inscription with a Mamluk emblem of a cup/goblet, for a sāqī (cup-bearer),[1] in this case, Tankiz.
  • the top is a course with elaborate joggling.
