English: Plaque naming the headquarters of Laborers' Union Local 942 in Fairbanks, Alaska. The building was named the Joe J. Thomas Building in 2003 following Thomas's retirement from the union. Joseph James Thomas, Jr. (born 1948) was a Democratic Party member of the Alaska Senate from Fairbanks 2007 to 2013.
