Description
English: Heraldic shield based on seal of Jørund Arneson of Foss, Norway from 1374. Simple depiction in red and grey/silver colours, approximately as used by 20th/21st-century descendants. Blazon could be "Argent a Fox rampant and spectant Gules wearing Helm issuant two Axes heads sinister blades inwards of the same, armed and orbed Sable"
Norsk bokmål: Våpenskjold basert på segl etter Jørund Arneson pâ Foss fra 1374. Fremstilling i rød og sølv/grå forsøksvis i moderne norsk/engelsk heraldisk tradisjon, tilnærmet slik det brukes av etterkommere i det 20. og 21. århundre.
