Description
English: Judge J.F. Rutherford in his executive office/residence on the 7th floor at 124 Columbia Heights, Brooklyn, New York. Rutherford was president of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society and gave the group the name "Jehovah's Witnesses" in 1931. Picture originally appeared in the 1928 Messenger. Copyright for the Messenger was not renewed and the picture is in the public domain. Picture was scanned from the original magazine.
