Deutsch: Der Jungferngsprung liegt auf 740 m Seehöhe über dem Ossiachersee entlang der Burgherrenrunde über Villach, Landskron in Kärnten, Österreich, EU und Erzählungen überlieferten folgendes:

"Einer Jungfrau lauerte im Wald ein Bursche auf und versuchte ihr die Unschuld zu rauben. Das Mädchen floh und rannte ängstlich auf einen steilen Abgrund zu. In ihrer Not sah sie keinen anderen Ausweg und stürzte sich in die Tiefe.

Man erzählt sich, dass das Mädchen auf wundersame Weise überlebt hat".
