Description
日本語: 境内敷地を国鉄に提供したことで、社殿のすぐ背後を東海道新幹線が通過する沼津市の十二天社。 2019年2月に開催された都市民俗学・現代民俗学の国際シンポジウム（於：香港）で、アメリカの民俗学者から報告された東海道新幹線路線際に残る信仰との共生の様子。事例として沼津市の愛鷹連峰山裾の開析谷に形成された里山集落地形の谷戸のところへ、浮島ヶ原湿地帯を避け新幹線が敷設されたため、地域の社が新幹線と共存するようになったことが紹介された。
