Description

Me and my families visited soba restaurant nearby my parents' home and we've tried Juwari soba today. And we found it wonderful! Juwari soba is one kind of soba which containing 100% buckwheat and no wheat, while ordinary soba contains both buckwheat and wheat.

今日のお昼は、そばを食べにそば屋に行きました。私はたぬきそばが大好きなのですが、そのそば屋は十割そばをすごく推していたので、注文してみることにしました。今まで食べた十割そばは残念なものばかりでしたが、この十割そばはとてつもなく美味しくて、私の不安を良い意味で大いに裏切ってくれました。
